单胺氧化酶A基因单核苷酸多态性与特质怒的关联性分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究单胺氧化酶A(MAOA)基因单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与特质怒的关系。方法:根据状态特质愤怒表达量表2(STAXI-2)特质怒得分筛选受试者,经采血、酚-氯仿法提取DNA、PCR-LDR法对MAOA基因上的4个标签单核苷酸多态性(Tag SNP)位点进行基因分型,对相关数据进行统计分析。结果:MAOA基因中4个Tag SNP位点的基因型和等位基因频率在高、低特质怒组间的差异无统计学意义。结论:MAOA基因单核苷酸多态性与国内正常大学生特质怒无显著相关性。 Objective: To investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP) of monoamine oxidase A gene(MAOA) and trait anger(T-Ang). Method: Healthy college students were investigated with the state-trait anger expression inventory 2(STAXI-2). Four tag SNP of MAOA were genetic typed by PCR-based ligase detection reaction(PCR- LDR), then we used the SPSS13.0 software for statistical analysis. Results: There were no significant difference in genotype and allel frequency of the four tag SNP between the high and low trait anger group. Conclusion: There is no significant correlation between MAOA gene single nucleotide polymorphisms and trait-anger of China normal university students.
