摘要
西部地区高等职业教育现状一直制约着西部大开发所需要的高层次人力资源的供用,如何突破现有问题,依据区域资源和地缘优势,建设特色鲜明的高等职业教育体系是西部地区高等教育大众化的质量要求,也是西部大开发的人才保障之一。西部大开发以来,以广西为代表的西部地区高职教育取得了显著成绩,但同时也存在着办学条件偏弱、产学对接不协调、结构布局不合理等各种问题。西部高职教育的发展必须根据自身的资源禀赋,突出区域特色,针对广西的现状,结合其地缘与资源优势,可以实施环境优化、内涵发展、产业对接和特色发展四大应对战略一促进高职教育的大发展。
The supply of high level talents demanded by the development of western region has been constantly restricted by the current condition of the western regions. Therefore, how to break through the existing problems and construct the distinctive characteristics of higher vocational education system based on the regional resources and geographical advantage is not only the quality request of massive higher education in the western regions, but also the intellectual guarantee of great development of western regions. Since the great development of the western regions, Guangxi, as a representative of the higher vocational education in western China, has achieved remarkable achievements. Nonetheless, Guangxi also has various problems, such as weak condition on school running, imbalanced production and learning, as well as unreasonable structure of distribution, etc. In a word,the development of western higher vocational education must associate with its abundant resources and highlight regional features. Based on the present situation of Guangxi, it should optimize the environment, develop the connotation, cooperate with industry and promote characteristic development.
