摘要
通过对某炼油厂储运系统的热负荷和系统主要运行参数的的分析,确定了该系统的节能措施从3个方面实施,即储量最小化、储存参数最优化和选择适宜的加热方式。该炼油厂储运系统实施节能优化措施后,系统能耗大幅降低、节能效果显著。
By analysis on heat load and main system operation data of the of the storage & transport system of a oil refinery , the energy conservation measure of this system is determined to be implemented from 3 aspects , i.e. , reserve minimization , storage parameter optimization and selection of proper heating mode. Since the implementation of energy conservation measure in the storage & transport system , its energy consumption has been reduced to a great extent , and energy conservation effect has been significantly.
