摘要
调查南华大学药学专业本科生实习前的心态。调查显示:61.0%学生毕业后的首选是考研,且男女生考研的比例接近,52.6%男生考研的主要原因是因为本科生待遇低,35.0%女生考研的主要原因是因为不能从事理想工作;在就业倾向上,其理想工作按照医院、药检所、药监局、医药公司、药物研究机构、学校、药厂的顺序依次排列,且男女生间存在差异;84.8%的学生实习态度积极,84.8%的学生实习目的与就业有关,学生对实习时间长短的看法平均值为3.7个月,57.6%的学生认为实习场所宜定在医院;医院实习的最佳方式是在带教教师的讲解下,有足够的动手机会。对"以人为本"制定实习计划,提高学生实习的积极性和学习效率,提供了科学依据。
This paper made an investigation of Nanhua University＇s mentality before practice for pharmacy undergraduates. Questionnaire survey shows the preference of 61.0% students is to take graduate exam, and the ratio is closed between male and female students. 52. 6% boys taking graduate exam of main causes is because undergraduate low treatment. 35.0% girls taking graduate exam of main causes is because of not being engaged in ideal work ; The tendencies of employment, its ideal work in accordance with hospital, and institute for drug control, food and Drug Administration, medicines companies, drug research institute, school, and there are differences between male and female students;84. 8% of students practice attitude are active. 84.8% of students practice purposes and employment are related, and students＇ views on the practice duration of an average of 3.7 months,places of 57.6% of students considered that the internship should be set at the hospital ; the best way of practice in hospital is the teacher＇s explanation with sufficient hands-on opportunities. The ＂people-oriented＂ development practice program improved the student＇s enthusiasm and learning efficiency, and provided a scientific basis.
