摘要
我国西部民族地区战略地位重要,它的发展对整个国家的经济和社会发展有着举足轻重的作用。从2000年开始的西部大开发战略实施以来,整个西部地区发生了翻天覆地的变化,城市化进程加快,工业化迅速发展,生产总值在全国经济的占比越来越重。经济的发展带来日益严峻的环境问题,尤其是在西部民族地区,由于其特殊的自然地理条件和社会历史原因,环境问题的处理成为其在追赶经济的过程中不可忽视的一环。
The western national regions are located in a strategic position, the development of it has a pivotal role for the whole country＇s economic and social development. Since the implementation of the western development strategy in 2000, the whole western region has undergone earth-shaking changes, swift urbanization and the rapid development of industrialization.GDP made by the regions compose a big part of the economy of the whole country. Meanwhile, the development of economy brings increasingly serious environmental problem. Especially in the western minority areas, due to its special natural geographical conditions and social history reason, the environmental problems cannot be ignored in the process of development.
