摘要
目的通过调查高龄老人生活方式与其骨密度关系,来寻找提高高龄老人骨密度的途径。方法对100例高龄老人的基本情况(如性别、婚姻状况、文化程度、服药种类)、生活方式(包括吸烟、饮食习惯、晒太阳、运动、服用钙剂和维生素D制剂等)进行调查和评分,并进行股骨和腰椎骨密度检测,然后分析高龄老人生活方式与其骨密度的关系。结果高龄老人骨密度正常率仅为18%,生活方式评分较高的高龄老人骨密度正常率高于生活方式评分较低的高龄老人,两者差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论逐渐养成良好的生活方式,是提高高龄老人骨密度的重要手段。
Objective To explore the methods to improve bone mineral density (BMD) by investigating the relationship between life style and BMD in the elderly people. Methods Basic conditions and life style of 100 elderly people were investigated and graded. Basic conditions consisted of gender, marital status, degree of education, and medications. And life style included smoking, diet habit, sunbath, exercise, and the medication of calcium and vitamin D. BMD of the femur and the lumbar vertebrae was tested. The relationship between life style and BMD in elderly people was analyzed. Results Only 18% elderly people had normal BMD. The normal rate of BMD of the elderly people, who had lifestyles with a higher score, was higher than that of those people who had lifestyles with a lower score. And the difference was significant (P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion To cultivate better life style gradually is an important method to improve BMD in the elderly people.
