摘要
对航空工业用的铝合金梁框锻造工艺进行了分析,提出了该零件的生产工艺流程。基于三维造型软件Pro/E,建立了零件和模具的三维模型。基于有限元软件Deform-3D,对锻件的成形过程进行了分析。通过模具结构优化,消除了锻件的折叠缺陷,并对锻件的等效应变分布情况进行了分析。结果表明,锻件变形量较为均匀,坯料设计合理。
The forging process of aluminum alloy box beam in aircraft industry was analyzed. Its technological process was proposed. 3D models of the part and die were built with the software Pro/E. The forming process of the forging was analyzed based on FE software Deform-3D. Through optimum of die structure, the forging laps were eliminated. And the distribution of the effective stain was analyzed. The results show that the deformation of the forging was uniform and the blank design was reasonable.
