摘要
目的 :研究应用小切口对胆道手术的疗效 ;方法 :对 1 995～ 1 999年间应用小切口胆道手术 1 5 6例治疗情况 ,疗效作了综合分析 ;结果 :采用该方法手术病人无损伤性并发症和切口并发症 ,下床活动早、住院日缩短 ,术后近、远期随访疗效良好 ;结论 :小切口胆道手术具有直观、创伤小、附加术式广泛、安全、术后恢复快、缩短住院日、费用低等优点 ,宜于在基层医院推广应用。
Objective:Researching the curative effect of minilaparotomy biliary tract operation;Methods:Synthesis analyzing the curative effect of 156 cases pplied minilaparotomy biliary tract operation since 1995～1999;Results:The cases operated by this method had no complications of damage and incision.Activity and discharge is early;Conclusion:This kind of operation has the advantage of direct obseruation,slight trauma,wide application,safety,fast recuration,short hospitalization and cheap It is more easily to be used is the basic hospital. [
