摘要
目的探讨青少年鼻腔结构重建术治疗鼻腔结构异常的疗效。方法选择25例经药物治疗无效的青少年鼻腔多结构异常患者接受鼻腔结构重建术治疗。术后6个月时比较治疗前、后鼻阻力和视觉模拟量表(visualanalogue scale,VAS)评分,评价治疗效果。结果治疗总有效率为92%,术后6个月患者鼻阻力和VAS评分均明显减小(P<0.05)。结论对药物治疗无效的青少年鼻腔多结构异常患者,鼻腔结构重建术是一种有效的治疗方法。
OBJECTIVE To investigate the curative effect of nasal cavity structure reconstruction surgery on juvenile abnormal nasal cavity structure. METHODS Twenty five cases of juvenile multiple abnormal nasal cavity structure who were ineffective after medication were enrolled to undergo nasal cavity structure reconstruction surgery. Preoperative nasal airway resistance （NAR） and visual analogue scale （VAS） were compared with those 6 months after operation. RESULTS The effective rate after operation was 92%. At 6 months after operation, nasal airway resistance （NAR） and VAS scores were decreased significantly （P〈0.05） . CONCLUSION Nasal cavity structure reconstruction surgery is an effective method for juvenile abnormal nasal cavity structure after ineffective medication.
