摘要
选用食醋“脾虚”动物模型 ,研究四君子颗粒对胃肠上皮细胞的影响。结果表明四君子颗粒能改善脾虚症状 ,纠正胃肠病损 ,消除细胞变性、坏死脱落的病理变化 ,恢复细胞、亚细胞、细胞连接的形态 ,增加细胞表面微绒毛、细胞质颗粒和细胞器的数量。提示四君子颗粒具有胃肠细胞保护、抗脾虚动物胃肠细胞损伤的作用。
The splenic asthenia animal model was made by the method of feeding vinegar to study the influence of “Si-Jun-Zi” granula to gastro-intestinal epithelial cell. The results showed that “Si-Jun-Zi” granula could improve the symptoms of splenic asthenia, correct gastro-intestinal cellular damage eliminate cell degeneration and recover the shape of cell junction, increase the quantity of cell surface microvillus, cytoplasm drops. It was suggested that “Si-Jun-Zi” granula had the function of gastro-intestinal cellular protection and resistance gastro-intestinal cellular damage to splenic asthenia animal model.
