磁共振弥散张量成像在中枢神经系统中的应用

摘要 DTI是基于DWI的MRI新技术,不仅能反映脑组织的细微结构,还可通过纤维示踪技术显示白质纤维束。DTI对研究脑的发育、成熟及老化过程及诊断许多中枢神经系统(CNS)疾病具有重要意义。本文就DTI在CNS中的应用予以综述。 DTI is a relatively new technology developed on the base of diffusion weighted imaging. DTI not only can reflect the microstructure of the brain,but also can show the integrity of white matter fiber tracts by diffusion tensor tractography. DTI plays an significant role in the research of brain developing, maturation and aging, as well as in the diagnosis of various diseases of central nervous system (CNS). The application of DTI in the CNS was reviewed in this article.
