摘要
阐述了区域熔炼技术的基本原理,并对该技术的发展和应用现状进行了综述,重点探讨了其关键工艺的进展;介绍了区域熔炼技术在半导体、难熔金属、稀土元素等高纯材料领域的应用现状;分析并指出了区域熔炼技术现阶段的局限性及未来的发展方向。
The basic principles of zone melting technology are explained, its latest development and applica- tion are reviewed focusing on the progress of its critical process steps. Description is made of the current applications of zone melting in high-pure materials like semiconductors, refractory metals and rare earth el- ements. Current limitation and future development direction of zone melting technology are also analyzed and pointed out.
