原位扩散反应制备细TaC颗粒的研究

Study on Fine-grained Tantalum Carbide Preparation by In-situ Diffusion Reaction

摘要 以废钽料为原料、高碳铁为碳载体,利用熔炼过程的固液扩散反应结合酸洗工艺生产细TaC颗粒,并通过XRD、SEM对产物进行表征。结果表明,熔炼保温过程中C原子与钽料发生扩散反应,于α-Fe基体中生成TaC颗粒;TaC/Fe复合体经酸洗、粉碎和球磨后,可获得粒度约为1μm的细TaC颗粒。 Using waste tantalum as the raw material and high-carbon iron as the carbon carrier, the fine grained TaC was produced by solid-liquid diffusion reaction during smelting combined with acid leaching. The products were characterized by XRD and SEM. The results show that carbon atoms react with tanta lure by diffusion during smelting and heat preservation, to form TaC grains in a-Fe matrix. After acid leac hing,shattering and ball milling of the TaC/Fe complex,the fine-grained TaC can be obtained with a parti cle size of about μm.
