摘要 目的探讨SCTA、MRA和DSA在脑血管疾病诊断中的特点。方法对100例患者进行SCTA、MRA、DSA检查,并由该院3名经验丰富的放射科专家组成评估小组,采用双盲法对患者血管成像结果进行评价。结果 DSA、SCTA和MRA的灵敏度逐渐降低(99%,92%,86%),数据经统计学比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);MRA的检查准确度(98%)明显低于SCTA(100%)和DSA(100%),数据经统计学比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对脑血管疾病患者的诊断应综合考量后选择适当的方法 ,SCTA可作为疑似脑血管疾病患者的临床首选诊断方法,MRA可对因动脉狭窄引起缺血类脑病的患者进行诊断和手术的指导,而DSA由于有创伤、费用高、有风险等特点,最好不要作为诊断的主要方法 ,但可作为临床治疗的首选。 Objective To explore and contrast SCTA ,MRA and DSA in the diagnosis of cerebrovascular disease characteristics. Methods 100 patients were detected by SCTA, MRA, and DSA,Make three experienced radiologist assessment evaluation team, and evaluate patients vascular imaging results with double-blind method. Results DSA, SCTA and MRA sensitivity gradually decreased(99%,92%, 86%), the data were statistically significant difference(P〈0.05) compared with; MRA detection accuracy(98%) was significantly lower than the SCTA (100%)and DSA (10%)data were statistically significant differences (P〈0.05). Conclusion For the diagnosis of patients with cerebrovascular disease should be comprehensive consideration after the choice of appropriate method. SCTA as the preferred diagnostic method in patients with suspected cerebrovascular disease clinical, MRA caused artery stenosis in patients with ischemic class encephalopathy diagnosis and surgical guidance, DSA due to trauma, cost, risk characteristics, it is best not as the main method of diagnosis, but can be used as a clinical treatment of choice.
