关节置换治疗高龄患者股骨粗隆间骨折疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的评价髋关节假体置换治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性分析行全髋或半髋关节置换治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的96例患者临床资料。结果本组中15例因并发其他原因或重要脏器疾病死亡,81例获随访6个月~12a,围手术期无死亡,无感染、脱位、假体折断、下肢静脉血栓形成等并发症发生。结论关节置换治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,可提高患者生活质量,减少并发症发生。
