摘要
目的 :报告几种常见黄斑病变的多焦 ERG特征。方法 :应用 VERIS4.0视诱发反应图象系统检测黄斑裂孔、老年黄斑变性 (干性型和湿性型 )、中心性浆液性视网膜脉络膜病变、中心性渗出性视网膜脉络膜病变和 Stargardt病于视网膜后极部2 6 .6 X2 2 .1°内 10 3个视网膜部位的反应曲线和立体功能图。结果 ;依据黄斑病变的病种和程度 ,反应曲线显示中心凹及黄斑区的反应降低或平坦 ,立体图显示峰值下降或凹陷。结论 :多焦
Objective:To report the characteristics of multifocal ERGs in several kinds of common macular diseases Methods:The multifocal ERG was tested,and the response traces and 3D function maps were recorded on 103 retinal locations of 26 6° X22 1° retinal posterior pole using VERIS 4 0 visual evoked response imaging system for the patients with macular hole,age-related macular degeneration(dry type and wet type),central serous chorioretinopathy,central exudative chorioretinopathy and Stargardt's disease Results:According to the different kinds and extent of macular diseases,the traces shown reduced or flat responses in the fover and the macular area,the 3D function maps shown reduced peak or trough.Conclusion:Multifocal ERG provides quantitative and directive evaluation of visual function in macula and posterior pole for macular diseases
