摘要
目的 探讨显微镜下病灶切除联合结膜移植术治疗真菌性角膜炎的效果。方法 16 8例术后随访 3月进行效果统计。结果 视力提高 14 0例占 83 33 % ,视力≥ 0 0 5者 12 4例占 73 81%。结论 病灶切除联合结膜移植术是治疗真菌性角膜溃疡的有效方法。
To investigate the effect on lamellar keratectomy by excising the focus combined with counjunctiva transplantation for treatment of fungal keratitis.Methods 168 cases were followed up for 3 months after the operation and the effect were statisticaly analysed.Results The vision of 140 cases (83.33%) was improved and 124 cases (73.81%)≥0.05.Conclusion Micro excision of the focus combined with counjunctiva transplantation was an effect method for the treatment on fungal keratitis.
