摘要
目的 研究白内障人工晶状体植入手术不同切口与屈光的关系。方法 进行白内障超声乳化 30眼 (A组 ) ,非超声乳化 5 5～ 6 .0mm小切口囊外摘出术 30眼 (B组 ) ,对照组白内障常规囊外摘出术 12mm切口 30眼 (C组 ) ,共 90例 ,90眼。病人均于术前、术后 1周和术后 1月 ,分别作视力、屈光、角膜曲率计、角膜地形图及角膜内皮显微镜对比检查 ,并在术后 1周及 1月分别作出评价。结果 术后 1周和 1月的视力A组和B组均明显高于C组 ,有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,A、B两组视力无显著性差异 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 论证了白内障超声乳化吸出人工晶状体植入术和非超声乳化小切口囊外摘出术人工晶状体植入术是具有国际先进水平、安全有效的白内障复明手术方法 ,特别是后者 ,很值得在我国基层医院推广应用。
To study the relationship between incision and postoperative refraction after cataract extraction surgeries. Methods 30 eyes were undergone phacoemulsification and IOL implantation (group A),30 eyes were small incision non phacoemulsification ones (group B).30 control eyes were undergone routine ECCE and IOL implantation under 12 mm limbus incision (group C).Vision,refraction,corneal curvature,corneal toporaphy and corneal endothelium were observed and assessed before operation,1 week and 1 month after operation. Results Vision of group A and group B were higher than that of group C 1 week and 1 month after operation ( P <0 05).There was no difference between group A and group B( P >0 05). Conclusion we found that both the phacoemulsification aspiration and non phacoemulsification small incision EECE combined IOL implantation were safety and effective method for sight restoration of cataract eyes.The small self sealed incision ECCE which need not expensive instruments was more valuable to be spread and used.
