摘要
目的 探讨儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入的手术时机、方法和人工晶状体的选择。方法 对 6 2例 6 4眼儿童外伤性白内障人工晶状体植入术进行回顾性分析。结果 术前视力 <0 0 5者占 96 6 % ,术后占 6 8% ;视力≥ 0 3者术前无 ,术后占 72 9% ,矫正后占 81 4% ;视力≥ 0 8者术后占 2 5 4% ,矫正后占 39 0 %。结论 儿童外伤性白内障应植入人工晶状体且时间宜早 ,外伤使眼部条件差需妥善手术 ,人工晶状体度数选择倾向于成人屈光度数 ,而光学面大小选择上根据虹膜和晶状体的囊损伤情况而定。
To investigate the surgery time and procedure,and IOL choosing of traumatic cataract in children with IOL implantation.Methods A retrospective study was carried out on children traumatic cataract with IOL implantation of 64 eyes of 62 cases.Results Blindness was 96.6% before surgery and 6.8% after surgery.Vision ≥0.3,there was non before surgery and 72.9% after surgery.Vision≥0.8 was 25.4% after surgery and 39.0% after correction.Conclusion Children traumatic cataract must be implanted IOL earlier.We must surgery satisfactorily as trauma make condition difference of the eyes.There's orientation on choosing of IOL degree.Choosing of optics area size is according to trauma condition of iris and posterior capsule of lens.
