摘要
目的 探讨间接视神经损伤的临床特征 ,分析药物、手术治疗效果。方法 经颅视神经管减压治疗 1眼 ,大剂量甲基强的松龙冲击加尼可林治疗 2 7眼。结果 视神经管减压治疗 1眼 ,术后视力由无光感增至 0 2 ,药物治疗 2 7眼 ,无光感组 11眼中 10眼无效 ,光感或有残存视力组且 2 4小时以内及时治疗 9眼中 8眼有效。结论 早期及时皮质类固醇冲击加尼可林治疗有残存视力的间接视神经损伤有效可行。
To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of indirect injury of the optic nerve.Methods 27 eyes were treated with large doses Methylprednisolone pulse therapy and Nicoline,1 eye underwent surgical depression via brain.Results 1 eye through surgery achieved sucess,10 of 11 eyes without light perception have no obvious therapeutic efficacy,9 eyes were treated whitin 24h after injury among 16 eyes with or above light preception,8 eyes have significant visual improvement.Conclusion Pulse therapy with large doses Methylprednisolone and Nicoline should be performed on patients with indirect injury in time.This method is effective and applicable.
