摘要
目的 评价巩膜层间填充硅胶片治疗难治性青光眼的效果 ,探讨术后并发症及预防。方法 采用巩膜层间填充硅胶片治疗难治性青光眼共 34例 35眼 ,并根据不同病因及眼压控制情况 ,采取相应的辅助治疗。术后追踪随访 10～ 30月。结果 术后平均眼压 15 88mmHg ,眼压≤ 2 0 5 5mmHg者占 88 5 %。术后早期常见并发症有浅前房、短暂性前房积血及葡萄膜炎等。远期偶有滤过泡较隆起引起异物感 ,少数有白内障加速发展。结论 巩膜层间填充硅胶片 ,经济、简便、远期效果好 ,是治疗难治性青光眼的一种有效方法。
To evaluate the outcome of scleral laminal implantation of piece of silicon rubber for treating intractable glaucoma. Methods The study was performed on 35 eyes of 34 patients with intractable glaucoma that underwent laminal implantation of piece of silicon rubber.According to different etiologic agent and IOP the accossessory treatment after surgery were given.Following up time was 10～30 months. Results The postoperative average intraocular pressure was 15.88 mmHg (1 mmHg=0.133 kPa).The intraocular pressure≤20.55 mmHg account for 88.5%.Early postoperative complications were flat anterior chamber,transient hyphema;Seldomly cataract will be bad in the end stage. Conclusion Scleral laminal implantation of piece of silicon rubber provides an economic implant.The method of implantation is one of the effective simple methods for treatment of refractory glaucoma.
