腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切盆腔重建的临床研究

摘要 目的:探讨腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切盆腔重建对女性盆腔脏器脱垂的临床疗效。方法:对子宫脱垂患者按手术方式分为两组:I组行腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切阴道顶端悬吊术,Ⅱ组行阴式子宫全切阴道前后壁修补术。对两组患者进行回顾性分析。结果:手术总时间I组较Ⅱ组长(p<0.05)。术中出血量、术后住院时间及拔除导尿管时间,两组相比差异无明显统计学意义。两组均定期随访术后主观、客观治愈率为均100%.但Ⅱ组复发率明显高于I组,(p<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜辅助阴式子宫全切盆腔重建是一种女性盆腔脏器脱垂的较为安全有效的治疗方法。
