摘要
目的 :通过测定单侧完全性唇腭裂患者 (UCLP)的咀嚼效能 ,掌握其口腔咀嚼功能状况 ,为UCLP患者的临床正畸治疗提供实验依据。方法 :以炒花生米作为测试物 ,用吸光度法测定 2 8例UCLP患者和 43例正常者的咀嚼效能 ,结合模型检查和临床分析 ,对测量结果进行统计学比较和相关回归分析。结果 :①UCLP患者的咀嚼效能明显低于正常者 ,约为后者的 5 3 97% ;②UCLP患者的咀嚼效能无性别差异 ;③在规定的时间内 ,不同的咀嚼次数对咀嚼效能测试结果无影响 ;④不同的牙颌错位对咀嚼效能的影响不一样。结论 :UCLP患者的临床正畸治疗不仅应注重增进其颜貌美观 ,更应注重提高其口腔咀嚼功能。
Objective: Masticatory function is one of the most important physical functions in craniomaxilla system. Masticatory preformance is evaluated with the degree of broken dawn tested food in a limited period of time. Unilateral cleft lip and palate (UCLP) is a congenital abnormality in craniofacial growth and developing. It seriously damages face esthetics and masticatory function in UCLP patients. Methods: 28 UCLP patients (male 17, female 11, permanent teeth) were selected, which all had received plastic operation treatments and never received any orthodontic therapy. The masticatory performance was determinded by the advanced light absorbtion method and took peanuts as tested food. Meanwhile, malocclusal panttems and castings were indentified in clinic. All of the data were treated with t-test and step wise-regression in statistics. Results: ①Masticatory performance of male was higher than that of female in normal people, but there was no sexual difference in UCLP. ②Masticatory performance in UCLP was lower about 53 97% than that in normal people. ③Different masticatory times within limited time had no effects on masticatory performance. ④Different Pattems of malocclusion had different effects on masticatory performance. Conclusion: Orthodontic therapy is necessary to improve masticatory function in UCLP after plastic surgery.
