摘要
炙甘草汤是《伤寒论》经典方剂之一,笔者结合炙甘草汤煎煮方法、方药配伍意义、现代药理研究及近年来各大医家临床应用炙甘草汤报道,认为凡心律失常属气阴两虚、邪少虚多之证,无论缓慢性心律失常抑或是快速性心律失常,均可启用炙甘草汤。
Zhiganeao Decoction is one of the classic TCM prescriptions originated from Shanghan Lun. Combining with the decocting method, compatibility of formula, modern pharmacology study and recent clinical applications, it is believed that heart palpitation is caused by both deficiency of Qi and Yin or syndromes of more deficiency with less evil should be treated with Zhiganeao Decoction.
