摘要
随着医药卫生体制改革的不断深化,探索医药分开的实现形式已成为当前公立医院改革的难点之一。文章首先指出当前我国以药补医机制存在的问题,在此基础上,分析评价各地医药分开试点所形成的4种主要模式,即支付方式改革、收支两条线管理、药房独立和药品零差率销售。最后,文章给出进一步推进医药分开需要注意的地方,以供参考。
With health-care reform plan deepening fut＇ther, exploring the implementation of interests separation of medical service from drug sales has become one of the difficulties of Chinese public hospitals reform at present. On the basis of pointing out the problems existing in compensation system for the medical cost through drug-selling profits, four moles, reform of payment, management of separation of revenue and expenditure, independence of pharmacy and drug sales for zero-profit are analyzed and assessed. The notes for further promoting interests separation of medical service from drug sales are proposed for reference.
