摘要
目的通过64层螺旋CT结合多时相重建,探讨诊断冠状动脉疾病的价值。方法采用日本Toshiba公司(Aquil-ion64)螺旋CT机,用双筒高压注射器,采用手动或自动触发扫描。结果 70例患者中,共显示530支血管,显示冠状动脉的敏感性为95%,假阴性率为2%,假阳性率为4%,阳性预测值为95%,阴性预测值为97%。结论相对于CCA(选择性冠状动脉造影)而言,64SCTCA是一种无创检查,花费少,更适宜作为一种筛查手段用于冠心病的诊断。
Objective Through the 64 layer spiral CT combined with long phase reconstruction ,this paper discusses the diagnosis value of coronary artery disease. Methods Uses the Japanese Toshiba company( Aquilion64 )spiral CT machine, with double barrel high pressure syringe, using manual or automatic trigger scanning. Results In 70 patients, A total of 530 show a blood vessel, coronary arter- ies showed a sensitivity of 95 %, the false negative rate was 2% ,the false positive rate was 4% , the positive predictive value was 95 % , the negative predir:live value was 97%. Coneluslon Relative to the CCA( selective coronary angioraphy) ,64SCTCA is a noninvasive, inexpensive, more suitable as a screening tool for the diagnosis of coronary heart disease.
