摘要
目的分析麻醉复苏室护理隐患,提出预防措施,提高护理水平。方法回顾性分析2008年至2010年麻醉复苏室护理工作护理质量控制记录和护理投诉,找出工作中常见安全隐患,分析原因并提出管理对策。结果对每月护理质量控制发现的护理安全隐患给予总结、分析、并制定相应对策,逐一落实。2011年1月开始护理质量得到大幅提高,护理安全得到保证,护理纠纷明显减少,病员满意度明显提高。同时护理技术操作和护理文件书写更规范,沟通能力得到提升。结论消除麻醉复苏室常见护理安全隐患,提高护理质量,减少护理纠纷,患者满意度明显提高。
Objective Analysis of anesthesia recovery room nursing hidden trouble, puts forward the prevention measures, improve the level of care. Methods Retrospective analysis from 2008 to 2010 in anesthesia recovery room nursing care quality control records and nursing complaints, find work safety problems, analyze the causes and put forward the management countermeasures. Results Monthly nursing quality control of nursing safe hidden danger that give a summary, analysis, and make corresponding countermeasure, implement. Form January 2011, nursing quality has been greatly improved, the nursing safety be guaranteed, nursing disputes de- creased, patient satisfaction improved significantly. At the same time nursing technical operation and nursing documents writing more normative, communication capacity upgrade. Conclusion Elimination of anesthesia recovery room common nursing safe hidden trouble, improve the quality of care, reduce nursing disputes, patient satisfaction improved significantly.
