摘要
首先，从美军各法规对核心维修能力的界定入手，对其各种核心维修能力的解释进行分析。在此基础上，吸收我军核心保障能力定义的主要思想，结合我军合同商保障改革实际，提出我军核心维修能力的概念。其次，对我军核心维修能力与美军核心维修能力的区别进行分析。最后，根据以上分析，提出对我军核心维修能力建设以及合同商保障的重要启示。
Beginning with definition of core maintenance capability from US, this paper analyzes the explanations of core maintenance capability. On the basis of this analysis, it brings forward the concept of core maintenance capability, by as-similating main thought of US core maintenance capability, and linking our military-civil integration innovation, it also ana- lyzes the difference between our army and US army on core maintenance capability. At last, it brings forward the significant revelations about our army core maintenance capability establishment and contractor support.
