摘要
新装备训练是美军装备发展的主要内容之一，也是军事训练的重要组成部分。在详细分析美军新装备训练的做法和经验的基础上，结合我军实际，给出了对我军新装备训练的启示。
New equipment training is one of the most important approaches of US army equipment development, and also is an important component of military training. Based on the analysis of the US army new equipment training methods and ex-periences, this paper offers some suggestions to Chinese military new equipment training.
