摘要
从岗位任职教育的特点出发，按照任职教育规律，着眼任职岗位需求，提出要在教学机构定位、学期时段设置、教员队伍结构、教学模块设置、教学方式方法和教学考核评定等方面把握6个转变，研究构建机关、院校、部队与科研单位“四位一体”的任职教育模式。
According to features, rules, and demands of the job-oriented education, it is necessary to grasp six changes on the process of education, which consist of teaching institute orientation, term time setting, and faculty team structure, teach-ing module setting, teaching methods and teaching assessment. The＂Four-in-One＂teaching mode of the army department, the college, the army and the scientific research unit is constructed.
