摘要
基于信息系统的体系作战对战略投送能力建设提出了新的要求，建设过程要精干高效，指挥体制要规范有序，要精确评估战略投送效果，坚持军民融合发展。
Systematic battle based on information system raised new demands for the construction of strategic projection ca-pabilities. This paper puts forward that the construction process should be high-performance, the command system should be normative, the estimation of the strategic projection effect should be accurate, and the civil-military integration should be in-sistent.
