摘要
介绍高纯度间二甲苯的生产技术 ,包括络合分离工艺、二甲苯吸附分离 异构化工艺和其它正在研究开发的分离方法。其中 ,石油化工科学研究院开发成功的二甲苯气相吸附分离和非临氢异构化组合工艺是专利技术。一套应用该组合工艺建立的间二甲苯工业示范装置已正常运转3年 ,产品间二甲苯纯度始终大于 99% ,收率在 90 %以上。还简要地介绍了间二甲苯几种下游产品的开发应用及市场概况。
The technologies for producing high purity m xylene were reviewed, such as the complex formation separation process, the integration process of xylene gas phase adsorption and isomerization, and other processes under development. The said integration process is a proprietary technology developed by Research Institute of Petroleum Processing, whose adsorbent and process are entirely different from the UOP technology. A demonstration unit of the said integration process has successfully running 3 years, the purity of m xylene exceeded 99% with a yield more than 99%.
