摘要
针对重油催化裂化装置易结焦的情况 ,济南炼油厂 1.40Mt/a重油催化裂化装置 ,在原料重油掺入量多、密度大、残炭高的情况下 ,通过采取选用合理的设备结构、优化工艺操作技术、加强生产管理等措施预防结焦。装置经第一周期 5 73d的连续运行 ,除原料油喷嘴上方结焦较严重外 ,装置的其它部位只有轻微的结焦或无结焦。在第二周期的运行中 ,针对局部结焦的情况 ,剖析原因 ,采取了进一步的防焦措施。
Aiming at the problem of coking in heavy oil catalytic cracking, the 1400kt/a resid FCCU in Jinan Refinery took a series of technical measures for inhibiting coking, such as employing reasonable equipment structure, optimizing the process conditions, and strengthening the management, etc.. Although the feedstock had high specific gravity and high CCR, the unit had successfully running 573 days. The inspection in turnaround showed that except the coking on feed nozzles was rather serious, the other areas only showed slight coking or no coking. The reason of coking in individual place was analyzed and preventing measures were adopted.
