摘要
目的研究苦玄参叶抗炎药理作用。方法采用小白鼠二甲苯耳廓肿胀法、抑制小白鼠腹腔毛细血管通透性实验法和小白鼠鸡蛋清足跖肿胀法。结果苦玄参叶60%乙醇提取物对冰醋酸引起小白鼠腹部毛细血管通透性增加、二甲苯所致的小白鼠耳肿胀、小白鼠蛋清足跖肿胀均具有抑制作用。结论苦玄参叶有明显的抗炎作用。
OBJECTIVE To study on anti-inflammation of Picria fel-tarrae＇ leaves. METHODS The ear tumefaction induced by dimethylbenzene, control capillary permeability and metatarsal tumefaction induced by egg white in mice. RESULTS The 60% ethanolic extract of Picria felarrae＇ leaves could obviously inhibit the increase of micc＇s abdominal capillary permeability caused by glacial acetic acid, the formation of mice＇s auricular tumefaction caused by dimethylbenzene and inhibit the mice＇s metatarsal tumefaction caused by egg white. CONCLUSION Picria fel-tarrae＇leaves could inhibit inflammation.
