摘要
以淀粉和丙烯酰胺为原料,以硝酸铈胺为引发剂,通过正交实验较详细地考察了引发剂用量、淀粉与丙烯酰胺配比及反应介质pH 值对聚合反应和聚合产物降滤失性能的影响,得到了淀粉与丙烯酰胺聚合反应合成淀粉- 丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物用作降滤失剂的最优化条件.室内配浆实验表明:在优化条件合成的淀粉- 丙烯酰胺接枝共聚物在淡水泥浆中有较好的降滤失作用及增稠作用.在4% 盐水泥浆及饱和盐水泥浆体系中有良好的降滤失效果和抗温性能.
The graft copolymerization reaction of acrylamide and starch is made. In the reaction, ammonium ceric nitrate is used as initiator.The influences of the mixture ratio of starch and acrylamide, the amount of initiator and the pH values of reaction substances on the reaction and the properties of graft copolymer are studied by orthogonal experiments. The optimum conditions of the reaction are got. The graft copolymer can be used as fluid loss additive of drilling fluids. The results of laboratory experiments show that the product has good fluid loss effect and thickening effect in fresh water mud, and it has also good fluid loss effect and temperature resistance in the system of 4% salt water mud and saturate salt mud.
