摘要
在对压裂工艺有影响的压裂液诸多性能中 ,最为主要的是压裂液的流变性 .它涉及到压裂过程中压裂液的稳定性、悬浮能力、摩阻计算等最重要的参数设计 .综合调研有关压裂液流变学的文献 ,介绍了目前压裂施工用的各种压裂液 ,实验室采用的模拟现场井筒条件预测摩阻压力的方法 ,以及如何应用实验模拟数据预测井筒的水力学动态和压裂液的流变性 .但在压裂液弹性特征、动态特征和支撑剂在动态条件下的传递与沉降方面认识不够深入 .还应开展模拟现场条件下的实际动态特性及压裂液的化学特性和结构研究 ,完善分析和评价压裂液的现场模拟程序 .
Of the many factors influencing fracturing technology, the rheological property of fracturing fluid is most important. It determines the stability, suspension and friction of fracturing fluid. The various kinds of the fracturing fluid being used at present, the methods of predicting friction loss under the simulated wellbore condition and of predicting the hydraulic performance and rheological property of practuring fluids by the simulated data are introduced in this paper. It is held that the studies of the elastic behavour and dynamic performance of fracturing fluids and the transmission and subsidence of proppants under performance condition lack depth. It is suggested that the chemical property and constitution of fracturing fluids should be studied further, and that the modeling procedure for the study of the dynamic performance of fracturing fluids should be perfected.
