摘要
阐述了工作模态测试理论和方法,并针对某牵引车出现的典型共振问题,运用LMS Test模态测试系统测试该车匀速时的工作模态数据,然后成功地分析出该车共振时的模态振型、模态频率及激励源位置-前轮。测量车轮径向跳动量值,发现两个前轮都超过国标限值150%以上,提出改正措施-更换符合要求的前轮,再重复一轮工作模态测试,共振现象消失。因此,该研究成功地运用工作模态测试理论及方法解决了一例整车共振问题,具有一定工程应用价值。
The theory and technique of operational modal analysis used in typical resonance problem of a certain tractor was presented. Firstly, its operational modal data at even velocity were acquired with LMS modal test system. Then its modal shapes and modal frequencies during resonance were analyzed. The radial fluetuant values of all its wheels were measured. It was found that the values of two front wheels are 150% more than the restricted value in GB ( National Standard of the People's Republic of China). To prevent resonance, the two front wheels were replaced with new ones for meeting the requirement of GB. Then, tests for operational modal analysis were performed again, the resonance disappeared after the replacement of front wheels. It demonstrated that the theory and technique of operational modal analysis successfully solving the resonance problem of the tractor is valuable in engineering application.
