摘要
为了提高对金属锌的接枝率,先用碱式醋酸锌或碱式苯甲酸锌与丙烯酸反应生成丙烯酸锌单体,再与其他丙烯酸类单体自由基聚合生成聚丙烯酸锌树脂,利用红外吸收光谱、核磁共振、差式扫描量热仪等对树脂进行结构表征和性能测定。结果表明:合成的聚丙烯酸锌树脂对锌具有较高的接枝率;锌含量和引发剂的用量对树脂的玻璃化转变温度影响较小,而树脂中软硬单体的配比对玻璃化转变温度的影响比较大;对涂料的铜离子释放率测定表明:高锌含量和低相对分子质量的树脂有助于提高涂料的铜离子释放率,且这种树脂具有长期稳定的自抛光性能,可应用于海洋防污涂料。
In order to increase the percent age of grafting of zinc on acrylate, zinc acrylate monomer was prepared first by zinc acetate basic or zinc benzoate basic and acrylic acid, which were then reacted with oth- er acrylic monomers to form a series of zinc acrylate copolymer. The structure and properties of the zinc acry- late copolymer were characterized by infrared spectroscopy, nuclear magnetic resonance and differential scanning calorimetry. The results showed that the zinc acrylate copolymer possessed higher grafting percen- tase for zinc by this method;the content of zinc and initiator had less impact on the glass transition tempera- ture of zinc acrylate copolymer, but the ratio of soft monomer to hard monomer had greater impact on the glass transition temperature of zinc acrylate copolymer. Finally, the determination of copper ion releasing rate of the coating indicated that the copper ion releasing rate increased with the increasing zinc content and decrea- sing of molecular weight of resin. The zinc acrylate copolymer could provide long - term self - polishing property, which could be used for marine antifouling coating.
