摘要
癌症发病率不断增高,癌性疼痛作为一个伴随症状普遍发生,正确评估患者疼痛程度是至关重要的环节。本文回顾了评估癌症患者疼痛程度的原则、近年来应用较为广泛的评估方法,包括单维度测量量表VAS、VRS、NRS、VDS等,多维度评估量表BPI、MPQ、CCPAT等,对工具的有效性、适用人群、不足等方面进行了评价。护士需要正确地评估患者的疼痛程度,以更好地为患者提供护理措施,为医生的医疗处理提供参考依据。
The cancer incidence constantly rises. Cancer pain is one of the general accompanying symptoms. It is an important link to correctly evaluate its pain degree. This article reviews the principle of evaluation of the cancer pain degrees of the patients with cancers, the evaluation methods that is broadly applied in recent years, which include the single dimension measurement scales of VAS, VRS, NRS, VDS and others, and multidimensional assessment scales of BPI, MPQ, CCPAT and so on. The effect of tools, appropriate population and shortages have been evaluated. The nurses require to correctly evaluate the patients pain degrees so as to provide the nursing measure well and the reference to doctors for treatment.
