摘要
无机膜含油污水处理装置是针对低渗透油田注入水而研制的新型含油污水精细过滤装置 ,该装置采用表层过滤技术 ,用陶瓷微滤膜 (无机膜 )作滤芯 ,采取交叉流过滤方式 (即过滤液体平行于滤膜表面流动 )对含油污水进行精细过滤 ,对于以小细粒 ( <8μm)为主的含油污水颗粒去除率达 90 %以上 ,精度可达 1 μm。研制的控制系统 ,作为无机膜含油污水处理装置的配套装置 ,实现了对整个过滤过程及脉冲反洗过程的全自动控制。
This article introduces the logic control system design based on the inorganic film oily sewage treating device of program compilable logic controller.The article also introduces the function of the system and how it is realized.
