全氟辛烷磺酸对赤子爱胜蚓的急性毒性效应研究 被引量:4

Acute toxic effects of the perfluorooctane sulfonate pollutant on the earthworm Eiseniafoetida

摘要 全氟辛烷磺酸(Perfluorooctane sulphonate,PFOS)是一种新型持久性有机污染物,其环境污染和生态影响备受关注。采用滤纸接触法和人工土壤法,分别以48 h和14d为试验周期,研究不同浓度的PFOS对赤子爱胜蚓(Eisenia foetida)的急性毒性效应。滤纸接触法结果表明,PFOS对赤子爱胜蚓经皮染毒的24h和48 h的LC50分别为24.21×10-3mg/cm2和14.97×10-3mg/cm2;人工土壤法结果表明,PFOS对赤子爱胜蚓经皮染毒的7 d和14d的LC50分别为936.45mg/kg和856.85mg/kg,且赤子爱胜蚓的死亡率随PFOS质量比升高而增加,呈现出明显的剂量-效应关系。PFOS对土壤动物蚯蚓显示有毒性作用,对土壤环境具有潜在的生态风险,赤子爱胜蚓可以作为土壤被持久性有机污染物PFOS污染的程度的一个生物指标。 This paper is aimed at reporting our study findings of the toxic effects of perfluorooctane sulfonate on the survival of the earth- worm (Eisenia foetida ) with the purpose to determine the pernicious influence of the perfluorooctane sulfonate pollution on the environ- ment. For this purpose, we have conducted a 48-hour paper contact test and 14-day artificial soil test as a testing cycle. In our tests, we have adopted the method of the contact filter paper test and the artifi- cial soil test based on the methods of international standard of OECD guideline with somewhat modification. In our tests, we have recorded the mortality rates of earthworm through the filter paper contact treat- ing method via the 24 h and 48 h exposure of the perfluorooctane sul- fonate to the earthworm at the dosages of 0, 0.007 5 mg/cm2, 0,01 mg/cm2, 0.03 mg/cm2, 0.04 mg/cm2, 0.05 mg/cm2, respective- ly, and recorded the mortality rates of the earthworms in the artificial soil test in 7 d and 14 d after the exposure at the dosages of 0, 100 mg/kg, 491.52 mg/kg, 786.43 mg/kg, 1 000 mg/kg, 1 258 mg/kg respectively. The actual mortality rates of the earthworms when exposed to the sulfonate, can be observed in the following order: 1. No death is found with the tested earthworms in the control groups of paper contact test and artificial soil test, when the soil con- dition met the quality standards. The results of 48-hour paper contact test indicates that the 24 h-LC50 of the test to earthworm is 24.21 x 10-3 mg/cm2; however, if the 48 h-LCs0 of the test substance bre- moxynil exposed to the earthworm, the death rate of the earthworm would be 14.97 ×10^-3 mg/cm2. The exposure of the test substance perfluorooctane sulfonate, if lasted to 7 d-LC50 and 14d-LC50 to the earthworms, the mortality rates would be 936.45 mg/kg and 856.85 mg/kg respectively. The results show that the perfluorooctane sul- fonate has the really pernicious toxicity on the earthworm, with the mortality rate increasingly getting up with the increase of perfluorooc- tane sulfonate concentration. Thus, it shows that the earthworms were sensitive to the contaminated perfluorooctane sulfonate, especially their epidermis. Further studies are needed to evaluate the accumula- tion and biodegradation effects of the perfluorooctane sulfonate to the earthworm, while the mortality rate can be considered as a valuable biomarker to diagnose the adverse effects of the bromoxynil pollutant in the soil environment.
