摘要
结合某板岩隧道塌方情况和原因分析,主要研究塌方处理对策。隧道内塌体开挖前,应先行对塌体进行超前全断面注浆加固处理;超前注浆方式和注浆浆液的选择,以保证在塌方段落松散体内顺利成孔和实现设计注浆效果为前提;对于隧道大塌方,注浆加固范围应能确保加固后开挖隧道时,洞室具备足够的稳定性;合理选择注浆钻孔机械,是处理大规模塌方的关键;板岩地层隧道施工时,对监控量测预警指标应有更加严格的标准。
Combined with the analysis on collapse situations and collapse reasons of a extra large cross-section tunnel in slate strata, the treatment technologies for the collapsed mass are mainly researched in this paper. Then the author points out that, the strengthening treatment by grouting method for the whole cross-section of the collapsed mass should be used in advance before the excavation of the collapsed mass. In addition, the selections of both the grouting scheme and grouting liquid should be on the premise of ensuring that the grouting holes can be formed successfully in the loose mass of the collapsed tunnel, and that the design grouting effects can be achieved. In case of large-scale collapse of tunnel, the grouting range should ensure that the tunnel cavern can have enough stability in the process of tunnel excavation after being strengthened. Furthermore, reasonable selection of drilling machine for grouting is the key to treat the large-scale collapse, and the early warning indexes in monitoring and measuring should have more strict standards when tunnel excavation in slate strata.
