基于SimpliciTI的无线装订系统设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Wireless Setting System Based on SimpliciTI

摘要 目前常用的诸元装订方式为有线装订,装订时需要插拔线缆,影响了装订时间。为了提高装订速度,满足批量装订、快速发射的要求,提出了无线装订方法,设计并实现了基于SimpliciTI无线通信协议,以CC2530芯片为核心的无线装订系统。介绍了系统原理、组成与功能、软件工作流程,其中包括系统时钟设置与频率跳变机制的具体实现。实验验证了所设计的功能能够实现,并分析了无线通信性能,证明所设计的无线装订系统能够完成诸元装订的工作,相比有线装订方式有效地提高了装订速度。 The most popular setting method is the cable setting method. It needs to insert the cable into the weapon during setting in this method which wastes a lot of time. In order to speed up the process and set multiple shells at a time, a wireless setting system based on SimpliciTI protocol and the chip CC2530 is designed and implemented. By introducing the theory, build-up and functions, the software work flow is described, including the set of the system clock and the implementation of frequency agility. Through the experiments, the designed function is verified. Besides, the performance of the wireless communication is analyzed. The conclusion shows that the wireless setting system can set the information to the weapon well and it is faster by being compared to the cable setting method.
