摘要
阐述成本控制对国际承包工程的重要作用 ,归纳了国际工程管理中成本控制的惯常做法 ,从工程成本控制体系、成本控制要素 。
This paper discussed the cost controll importance to international contract project.Some usual practices were summarized and cost controll theory & experience were introduced with project cost control system,elements & opration in each stage.
