长期使用的多晶硅光伏组件发电性能分析与评估 被引量:7

ANALYSE AND EVALUATION OF THE ELECTRICAL PERFORMANCE OF LONG TERM POLY-SILICON PV MODULES

摘要 为了研究光伏组件的电性能及其使用寿命,对已正常运行23a的144块多晶硅光伏组件进行接线盒更换及电性能测试,并设计搭建了5.88kW_p的并网光伏发电系统。介绍了这批组件的电性能与该系统的设计安装,并对光伏系统进行技术评估与经济分析。系统正常运行181d,共发电3498.52kWh,表现出良好的发电性能,系统的综合转换效率为78.7%。 In order to study the electrical performance and lifetime of the PV modules, 144 poly-silicon PV modules which had been used for 23 years were utilized in a 5.88kWp grid-connected PV system. Prior to the system instal- lation, all of the old junction boxes of the modules were replaced, and the electrical performance was measured. The performance of the long term modules as well as the design and installation of the PV system were introduced. The technical and economic evaluation was also discussed. The total electricity quantity generated by the system reaches 3498.52kWh in six months, and the synthetical efficiency is 78.7%, showing a good performance of the long term modules grid-connected system.
