摘要
现代精益制造模式对设备维护的有效性提出了更高的要求,既要确保维护质量,又要最大限度地降低维护成本。对几种基本维护模式进行了比较说明,运用设备磨损规律论述了预见性维护的必要性和优越性,并通过实际案例阐明预见性维护技术的具体应用方法。
Modem lean manufacturing mode proposes more higher requirements on the effectiveness of the equipment mainte- nance, it is not only necessary to ensure maintenance quality, but also to reduce maintenance costs furthest. In this paper, by comparing several basic maintenance mode, it shows that the necessity and superiority of predictive maintenance are obvious. By discussing the equipment wear rules, and through actual cases, the specific application methods of predictive maintenance technology is clarified.
