摘要
分析了FCC工艺过程中的硫转移规律 ,介绍了LST 1液体硫转移助剂的研制过程。并在小型及中型装置上考察了LST 1液体硫转移助剂的脱SOx 效率 ,及其对FCC催化剂活性、产品分布以及产品性质的影响。结果表明 ,LST 1液体硫转移助剂在典型的催化裂化工艺条件下 ,SOx 脱除率达 5 0 %左右 ,对催化剂活性基本没有影响。
Rules of sulfur transfer in catalytic cracking were analyzed and development of the LST 1 liquid sulfur transfer agent introduced.Influences of the LST 1 on the transfer efficiency of SOx,activity of FCC catalyst,product distribution and quality were investigated in bench-scale apparatus.Under typical FCC operating conditions,the removal efficiency of SOx reaches 50% and has little effect on activity of the catalyst.
