摘要
在中型提升管催化裂化试验装置上详细考察了原料油性质、催化剂类型以及操作条件对催化裂化汽油烯烃含量的影响。原料油性质是决定催化裂化汽油烯烃含量高低的关键 ,选择氢转移活性高的稀土Y型催化剂是降低催化裂化汽油烯烃含量的有效措施。选择适宜的反应温度和油气停留时间 ,适当提高剂油比和催化剂活性 ,均可以在一定程度上降低催化裂化汽油烯烃含量。
Influences of feedstcok properties,type of catalyst and operating conditions on the olefin content in FCC gasoline were studied in a bench scale riser FCC apparatus.The properties of feedstock are the key to determine the olefin content in FCC gasoline.The REY catalyst with high hydrogen transfer activity can effectively lower the olefin content in FCC gasoline.Selecting appropriate reaction temperature and residance time,proper enhancement of catalyst/oilratio and catalyst activity can reduce the olefin content in FCC gasoline to a certain extent.
