尿沉渣白细胞及细菌定量计数联合检测与尿细菌培养诊断尿路感染对比分析 被引量:6

摘要 目的分析比较尿沉渣白细胞及细菌定量计数联合检测与尿细菌培养诊断尿路感染的方法及效果,探讨其临床诊断价值。方法选取该院收治的疑似尿路感染的受检者286例,分别采取尿沉渣白细胞及细菌定量计数联合检测与尿细菌培养,观察对比2种检测方法的准确率、灵敏度及特异性。结果以尿细菌培养的结果作为金标准,尿细菌培养检出尿路感染为132例,占46.2%,准确率为100%;尿沉渣白细胞及细菌定量计数联合检测的检出尿路感染为140例,占49.0%,其中假阳性有25例,占17.9%,灵敏度为82.1%,假阴性有17例,占12.1%,特异性为87.9%,准确率为87.1%,两组检测结果的准确率、灵敏度及特异性比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论尿沉渣白细胞及细菌定量计数联合检测与尿细菌培养皆能有效诊断出尿路感染,尿沉渣白细胞及细菌定量计数联合检测虽不能作为确诊的依据,但其检测方法简便,能够协助临床进行早期筛查,而尿培养结果相对精确,能够作为临床的确诊依据,但细菌培养时间较长,无法满足大批量早期筛查的需要,2种检测手段皆有其利弊,应根据临床实际需要合理选择使用。
