摘要
利用激光熔敷方法在A3钢表面制备WC梯度涂层,并分析了涂层的微观结构、硬度及耐磨性.结果表明,涂层的组织为镍基固溶体加少量硼化物、碳化物及硬质相WC,其中WC颗粒的粒度及含量沿母材向表面方向呈梯度变化.涂层的硬度和耐磨性随着成分的变化而平缓变化,界面应力降低,涂层与基体结合牢固.
A wear-resistant graded WC coating on steel A3 substrate was made by for-alloying. The micro-structure, hardness and the wear resistance of the layer were examined. The layer contained solid solu tions with Ni-matrix, Ni-matrix, borides carbides hardening phase WC grains. The volume and content of WC grains varied gradually from surface to substrate, the hardness and the wear-resistance of the coating also mutate grad ually, in the advantage of that, the interfacial stress decreased. Therefore, the coating had a excellent bonding with substrate.
